Bolaven plateau coffee, is grown in southern Laos. Due to the climate conditions in the Bolaven Plateau, this coffee has enabled the area to produce exceptional altitude- grown coffees for over a century.
The Boloven’s plateau enjoys unique geoclimatic conditions in the world, which have allowed it to produce for more than a century exceptional high altitude coffees, treated by wet process and certified fair trade and organic since 2009. A partnership between Malongo and small local producers has enabled them to promote their product The Cooperative which brings together more than 1,800 families of producers from 55 villages. These coffee growers control the entire process of making their coffee.
