This coffee has superb aromatic complexity and a perfect balance between bitter and tangy flavors.
This coffee is cultivated between 1000 and 1250 m altitude by nearly 400 small producers in Veracruz, Eastern Mexico. These coffee growers came together in a group of cooperatives, INCAFESAM. By pooling their crops, they gain more market weight. INCAFESAM was launched by Malongo to support several cooperatives in the state of Veracruz and its surroundings.
INCAFESAM has proven its effectiveness and plans to integrate new cooperatives in the near future. The grinding of this box has been worked to make a filter coffee. We recommend a ration of 60g of coffee for 1L of water in order to carry out a filtration in the rules of the art and to capture all the flavors of this Mexican vintage. This coffee is best served with be enjoyed with a fruit or dried fruit-based dessert.
