Our Written Policy

Payment Terms:

• Cash On Delivery.

We accept returns in the following conditions, if:

• The product is not opened,
• The product is not damaged,
• The product is returned within the following seven (7) days after purchase,
• The product expires within the following fifteen (15) days after purchase.

Please note that:

• The original receipt is mandatory,
• No cash refund,
• Credit note will be issued in Malongo customer account.

Delivery Conditions:

• Minimum order AED300 for free delivery,
• In Dubai, extra AED25 for orders less than AED300,
• If other Emirates & depending on address further delivery charges will be applied.
