Our Fairtrade Coffee are held to rigorous fair trade standards, which drive income sustainability, community and individual well-being, empowerment, and environmental stewardship. They include requirements around worker's rights, fair labour practices, and responsible land management.
Our Single Origin coffee is coffee grown within a single known geographic origin. This means that they will display unique characteristics that can only be found in that place.
It is roasted in Nice, South of France. Malongo imports its coffee beans from highly selected terroirs around the world, grown and processed according to traditional farming methods.
Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, The Dominican Republic, Laos, Congo, Ethiopia, Burundi, Sao Tome, and Myanmar.
Malongo roasts all of its coffees using slow, gradual and traditional 20-minute methods.
